Four

Pillars

With Individual Agency As Our Guide: A Resilient Democracy BendingThe Moral Arc Towards Equity.

Agentic AI is here, and human value has to be tied to the demand we create by existing.

I

Institutionalizing Individual Agency Across All Government Functions

The Goal:

Establish agency as the through-line of America with embedded, measurable systems of accountability across all agencies.

Key Actions:

  • Ratify the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment and enforce compliance.

  • Create Equity Implementation Units in every cabinet-level department with cross-agency collaboration.

  • Establish an Equity Impact Review Council in the Executive Office to evaluate all policy proposals.

  • Require federal agencies to publish public-facing DEI maturity assessments every two years.

Install DEI as an auditing structure based on international consensus, this pillar professionalizes and standardizes equity work as a function of performance.

II

Democratizing the Economy Through New Property Rights & Income Structures

The Goal:

Shift the economic model toward one that centers distributed opportunity, labor, ownership, and inclusive innovation.

Key Actions:

  • Establish personal data as property.

  • Expand support for employee-owned businesses, worker cooperatives, and inclusive capital ecosystems.

  • Require every agency to have diverse vendor spend goals.

  • Fund workforce resilience hubs focused on training, upskilling, and disaster-proofing all 27 Protected Classes.

Replaces “trickle-down deregulation” with participatory economics and wealth redistribution through democratic business infrastructure.

Iii

Redesigning Public Institutions to center Human Dignity not War

The Goal: Make public services trauma-informed, culturally competent, and fully accessible across all departments.

Key Actions:

  • Implement ISO-aligned People-Centered Governance models across education, health, housing, and justice.

  • Develop national standards for trauma-informed public service (based on behavioral health science).

  • Mandate public institutions adopt Universal Design for access (including disability, neurodivergence, and language).

  • Create a Civic Dignity Bill of Rights for federal employees, immigrants, returning citizens, and service recipients.

Rejects austerity, exclusion, and punitive governance; instead, builds systems that affirm human rights and well-being.

Iv

Advancing Planetary and Social Resilience Together

The Goal: Integrate climate justice, intergenerational equity, and global cooperation into federal resilience planning.

Key Actions:

  • Create a Resilience Corps that combines climate adaptation, workforce development, and community care.

  • Embed environmental justice metrics into federal infrastructure, energy, and housing policies.

  • Mandate circular economy standards across federal procurement and waste management systems.

  • Support indigenous sovereignty and land back initiatives through federal land transfers and funding.

Rather than accelerating extraction and nationalism, this pillar builds systems that honor environmental stewardship and global interdependence.
