State ERA
In 2024 the 38th state needed to create a Federal Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) ratified it, and many states created a state constitutional amendment for the ERA that now needs enforcement. These rights have been at the center of growing our economy since 1964 and will require an expansion if we plan on being as productive in the 21st Century as we have been in the 20th.
Data Tax
Productive company's revenue model is based on our data's input to their productivity, and it is time that we create a stakeholder class that sees incomes grow at the rate of productivity.
Data Is Labor
Europeans have established the AI Act, Data Act, and an Intellectual Property right for people's faces voices and bodies. We can do better than that in America. We can empower organized labor to collective bargain for higher incomes at the rate of productivity, not just for wages at the rate of inflation.
